Our Apartment is in an ideal peaceful location, situated at the end of a cul-de-sac, overlooking the harbour in Old Town Puerto del Carmen on the southern coast of the island. It has easy access with parking outside the front door.

It consists of a hallway, a twin bedded bedroom (including a large wardrobe with safe and a bedside table), a shower room with shower, W C and washbasin and a lounge including a double sofa bed, coffee table, cupboard (ample books for you to read or exchange), TV and radio. The kitchenette has a microwave, double hob, fridge, toaster and cafetiere. There is also an iron and ironing board.

A balcony overlooks the sea and harbour (left), which has patio furniture. There is also an excellent private pool (above) overlooking the harbour.

All bed linen is provided, along with towels for the apartment but you will need your own beach towels.

The apartment is approximately 15 minutes by car from the airport. Car hire is easily arranged (we can let you have details of a good reliable company that we use, who speak English and will meet you at the airport with the car), or a taxi will cost about 12 Euros - (approx £8 - £9 depending on the exchange rate).

Our property mangers, Ian and Lynette, live on the complex and are on hand to offer local advice or help in any way they can during your stay.
